Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Thank you for considering Rajasthan by Car and Driver for your travel arrangements. We strive to provide excellent service and memorable experiences to all our customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accepting final tour documents and digital files, you agree to abide by these policies.

Reservations:
To ensure the best accommodations and seamless arrangements, we recommend making reservations in advance as hotels have limited availability, and popular options may sell out quickly. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. If your departure date is within 60 days, full payment is necessary to confirm your arrangements. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your travel dates.

Cancellation Charges:
If you need to cancel part or all of your travel arrangements, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of your notification, as outlined below:

– 10% of the Cost of the Tour + Cost of Non-Refundable Services if canceled 60-30 days before arrival.
– 25% of the Cost of the Tour + Cost of Non-Refundable Services if canceled 30-15 days prior to arrival.
– 50% of the Cost of the Tour + Cost of Non-Refundable Services if canceled 29-07 days prior to arrival.
– 100% of the Cost of the Tour if canceled within 6 days of tour commencement.

Please note that special train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot) and peak seasons (between December 20th and January 15th) may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated to customers as applicable. Additionally, certain hotels such as Taj and Oberoi may enforce one night retention fees for cancellations or amendments made 30 days before the scheduled stay.

Some hotels and service providers may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the specific policy of the respective hotel or service provider.

Rajasthan by Car and Driver is not liable for refunds on unused accommodations, missed meals, or chartered transportation. We are also not responsible for any losses incurred due to missed land or air reservations.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or last-minute cancellations. Travel insurance provides coverage for various situations, ensuring peace of mind during your journey.
